1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds will only be processed in the following situations:
If the inspection service was not provided due to an error on Carsure’s part.
If the customer cancels the booking at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled inspection.
2. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
If the inspection has already been conducted and a report has been issued.
If the customer provides incorrect or incomplete vehicle details, leading to an inability to perform the inspection.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled inspection.
Services not utilized due to reasons outside Carsure’s control.
3. Refund Process
Refund requests must be submitted via email to support@carsure.in with proof of payment and booking details.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
Any payment gateway or transaction fees are non-refundable.
4. Amendments to Refund Policy
Carsure reserves the right to amend the refund policy at its discretion. Customers are encouraged to review this policy periodically.
Terms and Conditions for Carsure

Carsure provides vehicle inspection and certification services to assist customers in making informed decisions when purchasing used or new vehicles.
Our services are advisory in nature and do not guarantee the future performance or condition of a vehicle.
2. Booking and Payments
All bookings must be made via our website or designated customer support channels.
Payment must be completed in advance to confirm your booking.
3. Inspection and Certification
The inspection report is based on the vehicle’s current condition at the time of the inspection.
Certification is issued based on Carsure’s stringent inspection criteria and does not imply any warranty or guarantee unless explicitly stated.
Carsure will not be held liable for issues arising after the inspection, including but not limited to mechanical failures, accidents, or ownership disputes.
4. Warranty Limitations
Warranty (if applicable) is provided only for the engine and gearbox, subject to terms and eligibility.
Vehicles older than 5 years, with over 60,000 km mileage, or those with discontinued production are not eligible for warranty.
Warranty exclusions: Tyres, bodywork, electrical components, and any subsequent wear and tear.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Customers may reschedule bookings up to 12 hours prior to the scheduled inspection, subject to availability.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the inspection are non-refundable.
6. Disclaimer of Liability
Carsure is not responsible for inaccuracies in the information provided by the customer, including vehicle details and ownership history.
The inspection is a professional opinion based on visible and testable factors. Hidden or undisclosed issues that cannot be identified during a standard inspection are not the responsibility of Carsure.
7. Privacy and Data Usage
Carsure collects and stores customer data in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
Customer data will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent, except where required by law.
8. Amendments to Terms
Carsure reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be reflected on our website.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes will be resolved amicably or through arbitration in Mumbai.
